8.6. The dosing valves

GENERAL INFORMATION

On the Isuzu cars the dosing valves are mounted on the main cylinder of brakes consistently with the highway of a hydraulic actuator and on napravlyayushche chassis under the main cylinder.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect the highway of a hydraulic actuator on the main cylinder of brakes (on the dosing valves).
3. Turn out the dosing valves.

Installation


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down. The dosing valves on the main cylinder of brakes tighten with the moment 36 N. of m, the union of tubes – with m 15 N.' moment.
2. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator of brakes.
