GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of the lower spherical hinge (Amigo/MU/Jazz, Rodeo/Passport and Trooper/Bighorn cars)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car.
2. Hook a wheel mount from below and make the effort directed up.
3. If the deaf metal sound is distributed or the noticeable movement of the hinge is noted, then the hinge is worn-out and is subject to replacement.

Removal

AMIGO/MU/JAZZ, RODEO/PASSPORT AND TROOPER/BIGHORN CARS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Unload the torsion.
4. Get shlitsevy the forelock and turn off a koronchaty nut of fastening of the hinge to a pin rack.
5. Turn off bolts of fastening of the hinge to the lower lever of a suspension bracket.
6. Remove the sharovy hinge.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the spherical hinge and wrap bolts of fastening of the hinge to the lower lever of a suspension bracket, tighten bolts with m 61–76 N.' moment on cars with a formula 4х2 and with m 93–113 N.' moment on cars with a formula 4х4.
2. Delay koronchaty fastenings of the lower hinge to a pin rack with m 137–157 N.' moment on cars with a formula 4х2 and with m 117–137 N.' moment on cars with a formula 4х4.
3. Grease the lower hinge through a butterdish.
4. Adjust the torsion.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
