7.1.10. Naves of forward wheels



1. Lift the car and establish on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove a support of a brake and bind a wire, remove a board of a brake and a disk.
3. Get a half shaft from a nave.
4. Rasshplintuyte also turn off a nut, a vypressuyta a tip of steering draft from a pin eye.
5. Prop up the lower lever and disconnect the lower sharovy hinge from a pin.
6. Disconnect the top sharovy hinge from a pin.
7. Remove a pin.
8. A brass mandrel (1) beat out a holder (2) external bearings.


1. Press a holder of the external bearing by means of a mandrel and a press. In the absence of a mandrel grind off on a sandpaper a holder of the fulfilled bearing on 0,25–0,50 mm and use as a mandrel. Do not damage a new holder as the bearing can quickly fail.
2. Tighten nuts of spherical hinges with m 90 N.' moment.
3. Establish a pin.
4. Tighten also to a zashplintuyta a nut of the top spherical hinge (the forelock replace).
5. Establish a tip of steering draft from a pin eye, tighten also to a zashplintuyta a nut.
6. Insert a half shaft into a nave.
7. Establish a dustproof cover, a brake disk (see subsection 8.11) and a support (see subsection 8.10).
8. Establish forward wheels and lower the car.
