6.3.8.6. Removal and installation of the forward bridge

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and establish on supports.
2. Put orientation tags and disconnect the forward driveshaft.
3. Remove forward wheels and a towing frame.
4. Adjust clearance, having wrapped lever bolts.
5. Remove bars of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
6. Disconnect drafts of the stabilizer from the lower levers.
7. Remove supports of disk brakes, tie them a wire to a frame, not to disconnect the highway of a hydraulic actuator of brakes.
8. Disconnect spherical hinges of steering racks from a pin rack.
9. Disconnect the top levers of a suspension bracket from a frame, pay attention to quantity of adjusting washers of levers and their arrangement.
10. Disconnect steering drafts from the lower levers.
11. Disconnect shock-absorbers from the lower levers.
12. Disconnect the lower levers of a suspension bracket from a frame.
13. Remove a wheel nave assembled with the blocking mechanism.
14. Remove disks and the top drafts.
15. Remove a steering bipod and the pendular lever assembled with drafts.
16. Carefully lower the bridge, without having damaged at the same time hinges to a floor of axes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise and establish the bridge.
2. Establish a steering bipod and the pendular lever assembled with steering drafts.
3. Establish disks and the top drafts.
4. Establish a wheel nave with the mechanism of automatic blocking.
5. Install the lower levers of a suspension bracket on a frame.
6. Attach shock-absorbers to the lower levers.
7. Attach steering thirsts for the lower levers.
8. Attach the top levers of a suspension bracket, without breaking initial quantity and an order of an arrangement of washers.
9. Attach tips of steering racks to racks of pins.
10. Establish supports of disk brakes.
11. Attach thirsts of the stabilizer for the lower levers.
12. Attach bars of racks of a forward suspension bracket.
13. Adjust clearance, having wrapped lever bolts.
14. Establish forward wheels and a towing frame.
15. Attach the forward driveshaft to differential.
16. Lower the car.
