Details of the working cylinder of coupling

1 – cover
2 – pusher

3 – the piston (it is delivered in the spare part as a part of a remkomplekt)
4 – spring

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect a cylinder pusher from a coupling switching off fork.
3. Disconnect a hydraulic actuator tube from the cylinder.
4. Turn off bolts and remove the cylinder from a coupling case.


1. Install the working cylinder on a coupling case.
2. Attach a hydraulic actuator tube.
3. Connect a cylinder pusher to a coupling switching off fork.
4. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator (see subsection
5. Connect the battery to weight and check coupling work.
