1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Working under the car, disconnect a cylinder rod from a pedal.
3. Turn off a hydraulic actuator tube, holding an adjustable spanner.
4. Turn off bolts and remove the cylinder from a partition of a motor compartment.


1. Install the cylinder on a partition of a motor compartment, wrap bolts.
2. Wrap a hydraulic actuator tube.
3. Attach a cylinder rod to a pedal.
4. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator. For this purpose fill in the DOT 3 brake fluid in a nutritious tank and close a tank a stopper. Unscrew the union on the working cylinder. Having asked the assistant slowly press a coupling pedal, watch the liquid following from the union. When pure liquid begins to follow wrap the union. Unscrew the union and ask the assistant to press a pedal to the full and to hold. Wrap the union, release a pedal. During the procedure you watch liquid level in a tank, without allowing full devastation. Repeat the procedure in liquid so far vials of air will not cease to be observed. Having performed the same operations, remove air from the damping valve (if it is provided).
5. Connect the battery to weight and check coupling work.


1. Remove the main cylinder (see above).
2. Turn off a nut and remove a fork from a pusher.
3. Get a lock ring, remove a cover and a pusher.
4. Get the piston by means of compressed air.
5. Remove a collar and a nutritious tank.
6. Wash out details in denatured alcohol and dry compressed air.


1. Install a nutritious tank.
2. Grease the piston and the cylinder with brake fluid and install the piston.
3. Establish a pusher, a cover and a ring.
4. Establish a fork on a pusher.
5. Install the main cylinder (see above).
