Isuzu Trooper>> Transmission and running gear>> Manual transmission>> Coupling>> Press and conducted clutch plates Press and conducted clutch plates

1. Remove the check point (see subsection 6.1.3).
2. Put tags of mutual orientation of a flywheel and a casing of coupling.
3. Establish the aligning mandrel and turn off coupling bolts, remove coupling.
4. Get spring brackets from a fork of switching off of coupling and remove the release bearing together with the directing plug.
5. Remove a coupling switching off fork.
6. Wash out all details of coupling (except for the release bearing and a frictional disk) in solvent.
7. Check a condition of details, at detection of signs of strong wear of a detail replace.

At installation of a new frictional clutch plate it is recommended to proshlifovat the reciprocal plane of a flywheel in order to avoid the increased wear of frictional slips.

1. Before installation of a fork grease a spherical support of a finger.
2. Establish a fork on a spherical finger.
3. Install the bearing, having fixed it by spring brackets.
4. Center coupling and combine the tags put when dismantling. Turn and tighten bolts.
5. Establish the check point.
