6.1.8. Coupling Coupling drive cable

Coupling details (details of coupling with the hydraulic drive differ in nothing)

1 – pedal
2 – spring
3 – coupling switching off fork
4 – spring bracket
5 – release bearing
and – the directing plug
6 – press disk
7 – frictional disk
8 – drive cable

On cars of late release the coupling hydraulic actuator is established. Periodic service of this knot is not required.

1. Extend a cable cover forward and wrap an adjusting nut until the rubber sealant of a cable does not rest against a partition of a motor compartment.
2. Press three times and release a coupling pedal.
3. Again extend a cable cover forward and tighten an adjusting nut. Release a nut until the gap (2) does not become equal 5 mm (1 – to a forward part).
4. Release a cover of a cable and tighten a nut.
