Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Merge gasoline from a tank, having pumped out the suitable pump.
3. Disconnect hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway.
4. Disconnect a ventilating hose.
5. Disconnect sockets of wires.
6. Disconnect a pipe of a jellied mouth.
7. Establish a jack or a support under a tank.
8. Turn off a nut of a coupling tape and lower a tank a little. Investigate the remained connections and lower a tank completely.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a tank, connect wires and hoses, establish a coupling tape around a tank.
2. Attach a pipe of a jellied mouth.
3. Fix a tank by a coupling tape.
4. Attach hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway.
5. Attach a ventilating hose.
6. Attach a pipe of a jellied mouth.
7. Fill in gasoline in a tank, be convinced of lack of a leak.
8. Connect the battery to weight.

TROOPER/BIGHORN CARS

Fuel tank of the Trooper/Bighorn cars

1 – protection cover
2 – drain stopper
3 – hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway, a hose for catching of vapors of gasoline
4 – socket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Merge gasoline from a tank, having pumped out the suitable pump. Remove the lower casing of a tank.
3. Disconnect hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway, a hose for catching of vapors of gasoline.
4. Disconnect sockets of wires.
5. Disconnect a pipe of a jellied mouth.
6. Establish a jack or a support under a tank. Disconnect a tank from a body and lower a little. Investigate the remained connections and lower a tank completely.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a tank, connect wires and hoses, fix a tank.
2. Attach a pipe of a jellied mouth.
3. Attach all sockets.
4. Attach hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway, a hose for catching of vapors of gasoline.
5. Fill in gasoline in a tank, be convinced of lack of a leak.
6. Connect the battery to weight.

RODEO/PASSPORT CARS

Fuel tank of the Rodeo/Passport car

1 – socket of wires
2 – bolts of fastening of the lower casing
3 – lower casing
4 – a tube for catching of vapors of gasoline
5 – fuel filter and ventilating hose
6 – hoses of a straight line and return fuel highway
7 – fuel tank
8 – fuel pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Merge gasoline from a tank, having pumped out the suitable pump. Remove the lower casing of a tank.
3. Disconnect sockets of wires.
4. Remove the lower casing of a tank.
5. Disconnect hoses of a straight line and the return fuel highway, a hose for catching of vapors of gasoline.
6. Establish a jack or a support under a tank. Disconnect a tank from a body.
7. Lower a tank completely, if necessary remove the fuel pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish and fix a tank.
2. Attach all fuel hoses.
3. Establish the lower casing.
4. Attach sockets of wires.
5. Fill in gasoline in a tank, be convinced of lack of a leak.
6. Connect the battery to weight.
