5.9.1. Fuel pump (TNVD)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of TNVD of the diesels C223 and C223-T

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Uncover a gear belt.
3. Disconnect from nozzles of a tube and a wire.
4. Remove a spring of a roller of a natyazhitel of a gear belt (great efforts not
to apply).
5. Turn off a bolt and shoot a video of a natyazhitel.
6. Take off a gear belt (is subject to replacement).
7. Record an asterisk of the fuel pump from a provorachivaniye for what screw a bolt of M6x1,25 in a carving opening in the case through an opening in an asterisk.
8. Turn off bolts of fastening of an asterisk of the drive to the roller of the fuel pump.
9. Press a drive asterisk from the roller of the fuel pump.
10. Turn off bolts of fastening of arms of the fuel pump and remove the pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the fuel pump, to the full do not tighten bolts of a back arm.
2. Napressuyte a drive asterisk on the roller of the fuel pump, having combined a spline with a flute, tighten a bolt with m 57–70 N.' moment.
3. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.
4. Combine tags on an asterisk of the drive of the pump and on a camshaft asterisk.
5. Put on a new gear belt in the following order: asterisk of a bent shaft, camshaft asterisk, pump drive asterisk. The weak point of a belt has to fall on the site between asterisks of the drive of the pump and camshaft.
6. Establish the center of a tension and a roller of a natyazhitel so that the center was between two pins on the case.
7. Tighten a roller nut by hand, the roller has to rotate freely.
8. Establish a spring of a roller and tighten a roller nut with m 29–48 N.' moment.
9. Turn a bent shaft on 2 whole revolutions clockwise, then tighten a bent shaft on 90 °C to expose the pump at the time of injection.
10. Weaken a nut of a roller of a natyazhitel to choose a belt weak point, tighten a nut with m 108–130 N.' moment.
11. Establish a pump flange. The opening on an edge of a flange has to be combined with a triangular tag on a pump asterisk.
12. Turn a bent shaft on 2 whole revolutions clockwise and install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT. Make sure that the opening on an edge of a flange was combined with a triangular tag on a pump asterisk then check a belt tension.
13. Establish a cover of a gear belt.
14. Connect the battery to weight.
