GENERAL INFORMATION

TUBES OF NOZZLES

At an otvorachivaniye of unions hold tubes an alligator wrench.

NOZZLES

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Disconnect from nozzles of a tube of direct and return fuel-supply lines.
3. Remove nozzles from the engine.
4. Remove from ring nozzles.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Moisten a new ring with diesel fuel and establish on a nozzle.
2. Install nozzles on the engine.
3. Attach to nozzles of a tube of direct and return fuel-supply lines, previously having replaced laying.

Check of nozzles


Prevention

Before test of nozzles put on goggles and gloves.


Check of pressure of opening of nozzles

It is checked by a special tester.

Opening pressure:

Diesels C223 – T of 135 kgfs/cm2

The diesels C223 – 105 kgfs/cm2

Leak check

It is checked by a special tester.

With a pressure of 20 kgfs/cm2 leak is not allowed.

Appearance of a stream of fuel (fuel torch)

The torch corresponds to a serviceable nozzle at the left, other torches are created by nesipravny nozzles.

The stream has to represent a uniform cone. Otherwise replace a nozzle.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove nozzles.
2. Clamp a nozzle in a vice and weaken the lower nut.
3. Turn out a bolt with internal openings, remove laying, turn off a cap nut get laying.
4. Get the adjusting screw, a spring and a rod.
5. Remove the union of a fuel tube, springs, turn off the lower nut.
6. Turn off a lock-nut, remove the holder of a nozzle.
7. Adjust pressure of opening of a nozzle. The holder and a special tester is for this purpose necessary. Rotating the adjusting screw, achieve the necessary pressure of opening.
8. Wrap a cap nut with m 3–4 N.' moment.
9. Collect a nozzle, tighten the lower nut with m 88 N.' moment.
