Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect hoses of ventilation of a case and system of recirculation.
3. Remove the air filter together with a vacuum hose of system of automatic maintenance of stoichiometric composition of mix (TSA-system) and an air duct.
4. Remove a returnable spring.
5. Mark and remove vacuum hoses of system of catching of vapors of gasoline.
6. Disconnect a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve and sockets.
7. Depressurize fuel system and disconnect fuel pipe tubes.
8. Turn off nuts and bolts and remove the carburetor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the carburetor, laying, wrap nuts.
2. Attach fuel pipe tubes.
3. Attach a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve and sockets.
4. Attach hoses of system of catching of vapors of gasoline.
5. Dress a returnable spring.
6. Install the air filter with a vacuum hose of TSA-system and an air duct.
7. Attach hoses of ventilation of a case and recirculation.
8. Connect the battery to weight. Start the engine, be convinced of lack of a leak.

Adjustment of quality of mix and turns of idling

Dismantling of the carburetor of the Amigo/MU car of 1988-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the carburetor and wash out outside solvent.
2. Removal of case details. Remove a spring of the lever of the accelerating pump, the forelock with a washer, a pump bar with a washer and the pump lever with an axis.
3. Remove a returnable and main spring.
4. Remove the coil of the gate-type valve, a cam of bystry idling and a spring.
5. Remove the case of the air gate.
6. Unscrew screws of fastening and remove the float-operated camera.
7. Turn out a ventilating cap and get the electromagnetic valve.
8. From the case of the air gate turn out the screw of the union and remove the gasoline supply union, get the filter and an observation port of the float-operated camera.
9. Remove a float and an axis.
10. Turn out the needle valve from the case.
11. Turn out the main jets of primary and secondary camera.
12. Get the piston of the accelerating pump, a cap and a spring, turn out the screw of the backpressure valve.
13. Get details of the backpressure valve of the accelerating pump: a spring, a ball and a counterbalance, turn out a conic stopper.
14. Get a spring of an air jet of idling of primary camera, turn out jets of idling of both cameras.
15. Turn out the main air jets of primary and secondary cameras from the float-operated camera.

Dismantling of the case of butterfly valves


Prevention

The case of butterfly valves should be disassembled only in case of strong wear of details of this knot or obvious failures of the carburetor.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover a diaphragm.
2. Get a spring and a diaphragm.
3. Turn out the idling adjustment screw, the adjusting screw of a butterfly valve, turn off a nut of an axis of gates and remove a washer.
4. Take off an earring and a cuff of an axis of gates.
5. Turn out the screw and remove the lever of the raised idling turns.
6. Remove the switching lever in kick - down - the mode, a spring, the returnable lever and the plug.
7. Remove the adjusting lever of a butterfly valve from the case of butterfly valves.

Assembly of the carburetor of the Amigo/MU car of 1988-91.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the case of butterfly valves understood, then install the kick-down-lever, a spring, the returnable lever and the plug.
2. Install the lever of the raised idling turns.
3. Establish a cuff of an axis of gates and an earring.
4. Wrap the idling adjustment screw, the adjusting screw of a butterfly valve, dress a washer wrap a nut of an axis of gates.
5. Establish a diaphragm cover, a spring and a diaphragm.
6. Establish details of the internal device. Wrap the main jets of primary and secondary camera in the float-operated camera.
7. Establish a spring, wrap jets of idling of both cameras.
8. Establish details of the backpressure valve of the accelerating pump: a ball and a counterbalance, a spring, wrap a conic stopper.
9. Install the piston of the accelerating pump, a cap and a spring, wrap the screw of the backpressure valve.
10. Wrap the main jets of primary and secondary camera.
11. Wrap the needle valve.
12. Establish a float and an axis.
13. On the case of the air gate: install the filter and the union of supply of gasoline, wrap the union screw, establish an observation port of the float-operated camera.
14. Install the electromagnetic valve, wrap a ventilating cap.
15. Collect the float-operated camera with the case of the air gate.
16. Install the case of the air gate.
17. Install the coil of the gate-type valve, a cam of bystry idling and a spring.
18. Establish a returnable and main spring.
19. Collect case details. Dress a spring of the lever of the accelerating pump, establish a bar of the pump and the lever of the pump with an axis, establish washers and a zashplintuyta.
20. Install the carburetor, start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
