Supports optimum stoichiometric composition of gas mixture for the purpose of the fullest combustion of fuel and decrease in toxic emissions. The vacuum drive, the regulator of supply of hot air, the valve of temperature compensation are a part of system (ITC valve).
The system is mounted on the air filter.
When the engine idles the vacuum drive and on the ITC valve the signal is absent. In this state the spring of the vacuum drive blocks the channel of access of hot air. At launch of the cold engine via the ITC valve on the vacuum drive depression moves, the drive works and completely opens the gate of the regulator of hot air. With growth of turns of the engine depression on the drive decreases, force of a spring of the drive begins to exceed force from depression and closes the gate of the regulator of hot air.
On the engine working in the normal mode, the ITC valve blocks the channel conducting on the soaking-up collector and reports the vacuum drive with the air filter. In process of an air supply to the vacuum drive a diaphragm spring, affecting the control air valve, blocks the channel of hot air and opens air access.
In the conditions of long work idling, overcomings rises, long driving with a high speed, temperature in a motor compartment increases. It leads to the strengthened evaporation of fuel and to mix reenrichment. Reenrichment of mix is the reason of unstable operation of the engine idling and the increased contents WITH in exhaust gases. To avoid it the ITC valve opens the channel reporting the air filter with the soaking-up collector, providing access of fresh air and impoverishing mix.
