TNVD DRIVE ASTERISK

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Uncover a gear belt. Remove a TNVD drive asterisk flange.
3. Remove a belt tension mechanism spring.
Prevention

At removal of a spring do not use too big efforts, otherwise breakage of a spring is possible.


4. Turn off a bolt of a roller of a natyazhitel and shoot a video.
5. Take off a belt.
6. Record an asterisk from a provorachivaniye for what through an opening in an asterisk in the case screw a bolt with a carving of M6x1,25 in a carving opening.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of an asterisk to a pump shaft.
8. Press an asterisk from a shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Combine an asterisk with a spline and establish an asterisk on a pump shaft, tighten bolts with m 56–70 N.' moment.
2. Turn a bent shaft and install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.
3. Combine adjusting tags on asterisks of the drive of the pump and camshaft, tags have to are turned to each other.
4. Put on a new gear belt in the following sequence: leading asterisk of a bent shaft, TNVD drive asterisk. Between asterisks of TNVD and the camshaft there has to be a weak point.
5. Install the aligning device of a tension and a roller of a natyazhitel of a belt so that the edge of the aligning device was between two pins on a cover of a roller of a natyazhitel.
6. Tighten a roller nut by hand, the roller has to rotate freely.
7. Establish a spring of the mechanism of a tension and tighten a roller nut with m 30–48 N.' moment.
8. Turn a bent shaft on 2 whole revolutions in the direction clockwise to provide landing of a belt in the place. Further tighten a bent shaft on 90 ° concerning VMT to expose TNVD.
9. Weaken a nut of a roller of a natyazhitel to weaken a belt, then tighten a nut with m 108–130 N.' moment.
10. Establish a TNVD drive asterisk flange so that deepening on the edge of a flange coincided with a triangular tag on a drive asterisk.
11. Turn a bent shaft on 2 whole revolutions clockwise and install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT. You are convinced the fact that the triangular tag on an asterisk coincided with deepening in a flange then check a belt tension which has to be 1,3–2,2 kgfs.
12. Establish a cover of a gear belt.
13. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
14. Connect the battery to weight. Fill in cooling liquid.

CAMSHAFT DRIVE ASTERISK

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Uncover a gear belt.
3. Remove a belt tension mechanism spring.
4. Turn off a bolt of a roller of a natyazhitel and shoot a video.
5. Take off a belt.
6. Record an asterisk from a provorachivaniye for what through an opening in an asterisk of the camshaft screw a bolt with a carving of M6x1,25 in a carving opening in the case.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of an asterisk to the camshaft and press an asterisk from the camshaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install an asterisk on the camshaft, tighten bolts of fastening of an asterisk to the camshaft with m 56–70 N.' moment.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

7. Press an asterisk from a bent shaft.

Installation
