Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, merge cooling liquid.
2. Disconnect inlet and final hoses from a radiator and remove a radiator.
3. Take off belts of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner. Remove the cooling system fan.
4. Turn off the central bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft, remove a pulley with a nave.
5. Take off a belt of the drive of the air pump and take the pump aside. Remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside (if it is provided). Remove a conditioner arm.
6. Remove (if necessary) the ignition distributor.
7. Remove a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid. Remove the top section of a forward cover and the pump of cooling liquid.
8. Remove the lower section of a forward cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the lower section of a forward cover.
2. Establish the top section of a forward cover and the pump of cooling liquid.
3. Install the ignition distributor (if it was removed).
4. Install the air pump, put on a drive belt. Install the compressor of the conditioner and an arm of the compressor.
5. Establish a pulley with a nave and wrap the central bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft.
6. Put on a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner, install the cooling system fan.
7. Establish a radiator, attach inlet and final hoses to a radiator.
8. Connect the battery to weight, fill in cooling liquid. Check lack of a leak.

DIESEL ENGINES

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, merge cooling liquid.
2. Remove the fan of the cooling system and a belt (or belts) the drive. Remove the generator with an arm.
3. Disconnect hoses from a radiator and remove a radiator.
4. Put tags and disconnect sockets and vacuum hoses which can interfere with removal.
5. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
6. Turn off bolts of a forward cover and uncover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward cover, turn and tighten bolts.
2. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft.
3. Attach sockets and vacuum hoses.
4. Establish a radiator, attach hoses.
5. Install the cooling system fan, put on a belt (or belts) the drive. Install the generator with an arm.
6. Connect the battery to weight.
7. Fill in cooling liquid.
8. Start the engine, warm up up to the normal temperature and check lack of a leak.
