3.2.2.15.4. Grinding in of valves

GENERAL INFORMATION

It is necessary for providing a tight prileganiye of a head of the valve to a saddle. It is carried out after repair (regrinding) of saddles and heads of valves or if valves and saddles are in satisfactory condition.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put a head combustion chambers up.
2. On facets of valves apply a thin film of pure oil, and on saddles After grinding in remove adaptation and carefully remove the abrasive remains, having washed out all head in solvent. layer of pritirochny paste. Install the valve in the corresponding saddle (being guided on the tags put when dismantling).
3. For grinding in adaptation sucker (connected to the hand drill, the mixer and др) is attached to a head of the valve. The valve gets used roundabouts until the surface of a saddle does not become polished (in process of grinding in it can be necessary to add pritirochny paste).
4. After grinding in remove adaptation and carefully remove the abrasive remains, having washed out all head in solvent.
