Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge cooling liquid.
2. Take off a belt of the drive and a pulley.
3. Remove the pump and laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully remove the remains of old consolidation and establish new laying. Install the pump and tighten fastening bolts with m 25 N.' moment.
2. Establish a belt of the drive and a pulley.
3. Connect the battery to weight, fill in cooling liquid, start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the lower casing (if it is provided) and merge cooling liquid.
3. Take off a drive belt from a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid.
4. Remove a hose from a pump branch pipe (if such connection is provided by a design).
5. Remove from a pump nave a krylchatka of the fan and a pulley.
6. Turn off bolts of fastening of the pump to the engine, remove the pump and laying.
7. Clear and check a condition of the privalochny planes of the pump and engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish new laying. Install the pump and tighten fastening bolts with m 33–52 N.' moment.
2. Establish on a pump nave a krylchatka of the fan and a pulley.
3. Attach a hose to the pump.
4. Establish a belt of the drive and adjust a tension.
5. Fill in liquid in the cooling system.
6. Connect the battery to weight.
7. Start the engine, warm up up to the normal temperature and be convinced of lack of a leak.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove racks of a casing and (or) a radiator.
4. Take off all belts of the drive.
5. Remove from the pump a krylchatka of the fan and a pulley.
6. Remove the top and lower arms of the generator. Remove the lower arm of the pump of the hydraulic booster and take aside.
7. Disconnect the top hose of the generator and a hose of a heater from the pump.
8. Remove the pump of cooling liquid.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the condensed surface of the pump.
2. Apply on new laying sealant like RTV.
3. Establish laying, the pump and tighten fastening bolts with m 20–34 N.' moment.
4. Attach the top hose of the generator and a hose of a heater to the pump.
5. Establish the top and lower arms of the generator. Establish the lower arm of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
6. Install on the pump a krylchatka of the fan and a pulley.
7. Establish drive belts.
8. Establish racks of a casing and (or) a radiator.
9. Fill in cooling liquid.
10. Connect the battery to weight. Start the engine, warm up up to the normal temperature and be convinced of lack of a leak.
