GENERAL INFORMATION

ENGINES 4ZD1 AND 4ZE1

The ignition block on engines 4ZD1 and 4ZE1

1 – integrated block of ignition

2 – stator and magnet

3 – block of ignition and plate of the breaker

4 – the rotating pole

5 – vacuum regulator

6 – distributor cover

Combination of a plate of the breaker with the case

The place of combination of a plate of the breaker with the case is shown by an arrow.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Uncover the distributor, the runner and a sealant.
3. Remove the camera of the vacuum regulator, unhook draft of the regulator.
4. Disconnect conducting sockets.
5. Remove the rotating pole. Hook a pole cover, having hooked a pole from below, remove it.
6. Remove the ignition block assembled with a plate. Remove the stator, a magnet and the block of ignition.
