Periodically check a condition of a surface of the battery, existence of cracks in the case or in a cover. Check reliability of fastening of plugs on poles that provides good electric contact, also check a condition of power cables on all length, existence for them the cracked isolation and traces of a podgoraniye. In case of corrosion detection (it is shown in the form of a flaked raid of white color), disconnect cables from battery poles, clear them a small metal brush then again attach. At first the cable of a negative pole is disconnected (which joins the last). Especially carefully it is necessary to clear contact surfaces of terminal tips. Corrosion (adjournment of white color) on a tray, a collar of fastening and on the battery can be removed by means of water solution of the calcinated soda. At damage by corrosion of any metal details of the car they should be processed anticorrosive soil, then to paint.
Check of state of charge of the battery and level of electrolyte is as follows.
1. If the indicator peephole in the top part of the battery has dark coloring, electrolyte level normal if an indicator peephole light, the level of electrolyte went down and the battery it is necessary to replace.
2. If in the middle of a peephole the green tag is looked through, then the battery is charged, otherwise the battery should be charged (the maximum charge should not exceed 50 Ah.).
3. For bystry hashing of electrolyte on 15 sec. connect the battery to the loading calculated on current in 300 A then check the battery a load fork.
