2.4.16. Oil replacement




Oil changes only after warming up of transmission.

Oil (or transmission liquid) is replaced at first through 25000 km, and then through each 50000 km of a run.

1. Lift the car and establish on supports. Substitute the pallet under a drain stopper.
2. Turn off a drain stopper which is in the lower part of a case of the check point, and a stopper of a control opening sideways on a case. Merge oil in the pallet.
3. Tighten a stopper of a drain opening with m 27 N.' moment. Fill in oil, being guided by the chart of applicability. Bring oil level to bottom edge of an opening. Tighten a stopper and lower the car.

1. Liquid changes only on the transmission warmed up to the normal working temperature. Install the car on a plain surface. Substitute the pallet under a drain stopper.


On some transmissions the drain traffic jams screwed in the removable pallet are provided. If the stopper is absent, then to merge oil, it is necessary to remove the pallet.

2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case, except for angular bolts which turn off on three turns.
3. The rubber hammer carefully displace the pallet, at the same time holding it. Merge oil completely and remove the pallet. Remove the filter of rough cleaning and a reflector.
4. Clear the pallet and a reflector. Wash out the privalochny planes of the pallet solvent and scrape off the consolidation remains.
5. Install the new filter.
6. Establish new laying, having tracked correctness of its arrangement. Record laying, having temporarily screwed pallet bolts.
7. Install the pallet and tighten bolts with m 10 N.' moment.
8. Fill in liquid through a probe tube. Start the engine and until wheels are lifted, switch transfers. Bring level to a tag of COLD and check existence of a leak of liquid.
9. Make a trip and bring level to the mark HOT. To exceed this level it is not allowed.
