Care of air conditioning system comes down to periodic check of a tension of a belt of the drive of the compressor. Besides, monthly the system should be started for 5 min. to prevent a premature exit of epiploons out of operation because of the accelerated aging, and also for improvement of lubricant of bearings. For implementation of this procedure in the winter, turn on the conditioner, transfer a rychazhok of a temperature regulator to position of WARM or HI, establish limit turns of the fan. At the same time the compressor turns on, circulation of oil in the conditioner, but without supply of cold air is provided.

To procedures, self-administered, check of level of gas station of coolant also belongs. This procedure is necessary if abnormal operation of the conditioner is observed. Gas station of coolant is checked through an observation port which is provided on all cars and is established in the top part of a moisture separator of the conditioner. It is also possible to check gas station of coolant and easier way (the recommended air temperature for this check of 21 °C).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check serviceability of a contour of coolant for what check turning on of the compressor and test operation of the fan at all four speeds.
2. If tube temperature at the exit of the evaporator and temperature of a heat-sink surface on the working conditioner наощупь are approximately identical, then gas station of the conditioner meets standard.
3. Normal work of system is demonstrated by switching of a stream of air from the button of the choice of the mode of the conditioner.

Maintenance of the conditioner, including exact checks of operating modes, gas station of oil and change of coolant, requires the special equipment. Works have to be performed by qualified personnel with observance of measures of personal security and standards for environmental protection. Therefore for repair and service of the conditioner it is necessary to address to service of car service or in a specialized workshop.
