Removal

Extraction of a radiator of a heater from a casing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect hoses from a heater. It is forbidden to delay hoses big effort as it is possible to damage a radiator. If the hose does not give in to removal, then cut off it.
4. Remove the dashboard.
5. Disconnect the resistor.
6. For access to a radiator displace an air duct or the case of the evaporator to the right (if there is a conditioner). On cars with the conditioner for this purpose it is required to depressurize the highway of coolant.
7. Remove an arm of the dashboard and a radiator of a heater.
8. Remove an air duct and a distributive casing from a radiator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Collect a radiator with an air duct and a distributive casing.
2. Establish a radiator of a heater and an arm of the dashboard.
3. Attach an air duct or the case of the evaporator to a radiator (if there is a conditioner). On cars with the conditioner collect and fill the highway of coolant (it is carried out in service of car service).
4. Attach the resistor.
5. Install the dashboard.
6. Attach hoses to a heater.
7. Fill in cooling liquid.
