GENERAL INFORMATION

The heater fan electric motor on the Trooper/Bighorn cars

1 – electromagnetic valve of defroster side
windows and inclusions of a side nozzle
2 – diaphragm
3 – spring and lever of the gate
4 – fan electric motor assembled
5 – temperature sensor
6 – sealant
7 – fastening brackets
8 – left air duct
9 – right air duct

The heater fan electric motor on the Rodeo/Bighorn cars

1 – block of an obduv
2 – lower casing
3 – top casing

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove a decorative slip (if it is provided).
3. Disconnect conducting of the electric motor.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the electric motor.
5. Get a bracket and remove a krylchatka.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a krylchatka and fix by a bracket.
2. Install the electric motor, fix by screws.
3. Connect the battery to weight, turn on the fan and check work.
